4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice where possible. Refunds are offered at the discretion of Liesel - The Divining Witch in situations where a session cannot be completed or technical issues prevent completion of the reading. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be refunded.
